At REINN, we aim to make your delivery experience simple, transparent, and reliable. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
- Once processed, your order is shipped, and tracking information will be provided
Please note: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout
- Delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
3. Tracking Information
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped
- Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the carrier
If tracking is unavailable or delayed, please allow additional time before contacting support.
4. Delivery Issues
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details (e.g., wrong address, unknown recipient, missing information):
- The package may be held at a local post office or returned
- Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup
REINN is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
Missed or Unclaimed Deliveries
- Carriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times
- If unsuccessful, the package may be held for 3–7 days before being returned
If the package is not collected in time, it may be returned to the logistics provider.
In such cases, we cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Please check with neighbours or your local post office first
- In some cases, an investigation may be opened
Please note:
- Investigations may take 1–2 months
- A favourable outcome is not guaranteed
5. Customs, Duties & Local Delivery
- Some regions may require packages to be picked up from local facilities or lockers
- Customers are responsible for any local coordination required for delivery
6. Shipping Delays
If your order is significantly delayed:
- We may begin reviewing the case after a defined period from shipment
- Some shipping methods may not be eligible for delay-related disputes
We always recommend monitoring, tracking, and contacting your local carrier for updates.
7. Returned Shipments
If a package is returned due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Unclaimed orders
- Incorrect address
The item may be returned to our logistics partner.
In such cases:
- We cannot guarantee a refund or reshipment
- Responsibility lies with the customer to ensure delivery details are accurate and the package is received
